To order the 'National Work Injury, Disease and Fatality Statistics 2004-2006' publication, fill out the Publication Order Form. This publication contains statistical data for the years 2004, 2005, and 2006 on the Number of Accepted Time-Loss Injuries and Diseases, and Fatalities for the twelve Canadian workers' compensation jurisdictions. It includes statistical summaries by jurisdiction cross tabulated by gender, age, nature and source of injury/disease/fatality, event, part of body, occupation and industry.
